Pliek Vegetables

Pliek Vegetables often called Kuah Pliek U or Gulee Pliek is one of the typical cuisine of Aceh were phenomenal. Kuah Pliek made using Main Pliek U (Patarana in Indonesian), an assortment of vegetables and using Coconut milk. It was said Kuah Pliek or Pliek N derived from Aceh Besar.Pliek U is a spice made from coconut decay results in peram for a few days and then the results that have been grater ripening in the sun to rot is lightly browned.


Ingredients Vegetables - veggies:

    
Young Jackfruit 3 Cut a length of [Cut Small boxes]

    
Young papaya ¼ part of the fruit that was [Di cut into small squares]

Young Melinjo 100 grams of fruit

Santan taste of two coconuts.
    
Pliek U [in the 15-minute soak in hot water.
    
Small shrimp ¼ kg [size Allow More].
    
Enough salt.Rajang Seasoning Ingredients:

    
Serai 5 rod [base in thinly chopped and crushed ends]
    
Orange leaves 21 pieces [in Rajang smooth]
    
Green chilli 150 grams [size must be less, according to taste and the Rajang rough]
    
Onions 7 cloves in Rajang.Seasoning Ingredients Milled:

    
3 tsp coriander powder
    
Chilli Red 7 Fruit
    
Cayenne Fruit 21
    
Onions 7 cloves
    
Garlic 3 Siuang
    
Ginger 1 cm
    
3 tbsp coconut gonseng
    
Turmeric 7 cm
    
Pepper ½ tbsp
    
Acid Sunti 5 piecesComplement:

    
Salted FishHow to Make:1. Pliek U which soak for 15 minutes in hot water, drain and rinse with cold water and then belender until smooth and strain the milk strainer. If there is still a rough belender again and strain again.2. Boiled young jackfruit which has been cut into small square pieces. nangkanya grab it and discard the water.3. Boil until tender melinjo fruit and discard the water.4. Enter into the cauldron Pliek U, Spices Minced, Santan, Land nuts, vegetables [Except Kangkung], Rajang materials, salt, prawns and cook stirring until blended.5. Nearly half cooked kale and enter.6.
