Sauteed Spinach and Gambas


ingredients:
• 2 Tie Spinach
Fruit Gambas 3 round cut (to taste)
• 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
700 cc water
• 100 grams of shrimp.


Material Rajang:
• 3 Point Shallots
• 2 cloves of Garlic
• 3 red chili, cut oblique
• 2 green chili, cut oblique
• 1 Tomato Fruit, Pong extends according to the slices.

 
How to Make:
1. Saute Shallots, Garlic, Chilli and Tomato.
2. Enter the squash and stir briefly until slightly wilted squash.
3. Enter the water and wait for it to boil.
4. Enter the shrimp and spinach.
5. Cook until the spinach is cooked.
Serve with white rice and chicken or fish fry.
